  Usually good. Except when I needed to return a garlic press. I must have paid cash -- two months ago so I do not have a receipt for the $12.99 press. Used two times -- prongs are not long enough to push garlic through holes -- Just mashes it inside holder -- Second time used the hinge came apart. Brought it back and was told I needed to show packaging or bank statement or original receipt - honestly, I do not have that cash receipt. I had to just throw it away -- no satisfaction from store at all -- Policy I'm told -- I mentioned that they should not be selling it since it does not work - They should help with an item that they obviously sell and can see that it is unable to press garlic. Live and learn $$
