  Initially the visit was great good selection owner was courteous ....however when I purchase my item it took four months to be received to the shop itself and after paying for the item in full and had to have it shipped and then when I tried calling the owner on three separate occasions he still has not returned my phone calls and there was never any response from him or anyone that works there in my opinion it was very poor customer service as soon as I left the shop and they had my payment in full ..... I'm still waiting for the item I purchased 4 months ago I know some things take time but a phone call explaining that would have been great.... little frustrated maybe next time just put down a deposit payment in full was a mistake the rest of the payment that is still owed is a motivator

  The man who owns this store is so knowledgeable and pleasant. He treated me and my best friend like family. He spent over an hour and thirty minutes helping us and educating us about everything he had. You can tell he loves the business and he was so kind we went back twice. GO here. I went to every store that sold rocks and crystal and this was the best one yet.
